Prolink's ProBrick is a compact multi-charger power brick and USB hub

Prolink's newest products - ProBrick and ProBrick+.

At IT Show 2016, Prolink is launching two new combo hub/charger products called the ProBrick and ProBrick+.

Designed to be compact and travel-friendly, each of these multi-charger power bricks (model names: PUH501 and PUH501-NB) has four USB 3.0 ports on the side for charging high-capacity USB devices such as the Apple iPad. They also double as a USB 3.0 hub, allowing the transferring or accessing of data from connected devices. Charging and data syncing can also take place at the same time.

Of the two, the ProBrick is the more basic model, offering up to 12A of charging using the provided USB V-cable and power adapter. With just the USB V-cable, the hub supports up to 4A of charging output.

On the other hand, the ProBrick+ supports up to 16A of charging using the supplied USB V-cable and power adapter. It also supports notebook charging, and includes a notebook cable and nine different notebook tips that should fit most popular notebook models in the market. To support car charging, a car cigarette lighter charger is included in the package.

As an extra testament to their reliability and quality, the company is also providing a S$1 million product liability insurance cover (worldwide except the U.S.A and Canada).

Available in two colors each, Prolink will be selling them in limited quantities at IT Show 2016 (Level 6, Booth 6811). Here’s a summary of the specs and prices:
