The Pokémon GO frenzy is still going strong worldwide as the app sets yet another world record.

According to mobile data intelligence firm Sensor Tower, Pokémon GO has been downloaded more than 75 million times on Android and iOS which places the gaming app in a league of its own. In fact, Pokémon GO is the fastest game to hit that milestone for combined worldwide downloads on both mobile platforms. Moreover, over 50 million worldwide records are estimated to be done from the Google Play Store alone over the weekend!

To put Pokémon GO's achievements in perspective, Sensor Tower compares its performance to other gaming apps. It took 112 days for Candy Crush Jelly Saga to hit 50 million worldwide downloads when Pokémon GO only took 19 days! Given the momentum, it's not surprising if Pokémon GO can reach 100 million downloads in the first 60 days.
