Pioneer announces launch of HRM-7 professional studio monitor headphones

The new HRM-7 monitor headphones were engineered to offer hours of listening comfort thanks to the use of large ear pads made with hybrid memory foam that provide a snug, comfortable fit whilst ensuring enough airflow around the ears for accurate monitoring in the studio. Also, the headband is freely adjustable and ear pads are user replaceable meaning you can get the best size and angle to fit you, further ensuring comfort over long hours.

The headphones themselves are driven by new 40mm driver units with copper-clad aluminum wire that have a frequency range of 5Hz to 40kHz, well matching the range of high-resolution audio. To match the high-end, dual air chambers in the housings have been implemented to deliver an improved bass response, while a three-layer damping structure reduces unwanted resonance for cleaner low to mid frequencies.
