RealTimes is the new cloud-based service that turns your photos and videos into multimedia galleries. If you think the name of the application sounds vaguely familiar, this is because RealTimes is the successor to RealPlayer Cloud, which was launched in October 2013.

Now, RealTimes is able to convert your photos and video galleries on your mobile device into RealTime Stories automatically. You can also edit a RealTime Story to suit your liking. For a start, RealTimes is free and supported on nine devices at launch. They include Android phones and tablets, iOS devices, Windows PCs, Roku TV players and Chromecast. By default, RealTimes has 2GB of cloud storage capacity and an additional 5GB on the condition that the user turns on its Auto Upload feature.

For its paid subscription plans, there is a US$4.99 per month Premium Plan, with an additional 25GB of storage. Its Unlimited Plan has a monthly fee of US$9.99. On top of these two plans, the user can make an in-app purchase of US$0.99 to extend the duration of his RealTime Story by longer than 30 seconds. RealTimes builds on the strengths of its predecessor, RealPlayer Cloud by encompassing all the latter’s winning features. Current RealPlayer Cloud users can seamlessly make the switch to RealTimes, and all their personal media will be migrated automatically. RealTimes will be extended to other platforms like Mac, Amazon Fire Phone, Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Kindle Fire, and Xbox One in the near future.
