Now that Toshiba has finalized its acquisition of OCZ, we are finally seeing the fruits of that union. Already, we have the Vertex 460, which is really a minor update to the older Vertex 450 and saw OCZ swapping out Micron NAND that was used in the latter for newer 19nm Toshiba NAND.

Following on that, OCZ has just launched the new RevoDrive 350 PCIe SSD, which also uses the latest 19nm Toshiba NAND. And since OCZ is now owned by Toshiba, rest assured that the drives will be getting the top NAND picks from Toshiba.

Coupled with its four SandForce SF-2282 controllers and PCIe x8 interface, the RevoDrive 350 PCIe SSD is claimed to be able to deliver up to 1.8GB/s sequential read and write speed as well as up to 140,000 IOPS and 135,000 IOPS on random 4k writes and reads respectively.

The RevoDrive 350 PCIe SSD will come in 240GB, 480GB and 960GB capacities.
