NVIDIA GeForce 337.50 “Performance Boosting” Beta Drivers Announced

NVIDIA has announced GeForce 337.50 Beta drivers that promise to deliver performance boosts to DirectX 11-based game titles, as well as the expansion of the game optimization technology, GeForce Experience 2.0 to support over 150 games! This technology was demonstrated as early as January last year.

According to NVIDIA, some of the DirectX 11-based games will experience performance boosts of up to 71%; however, this is only specific to certain titles and we advise caution in applying such claims in broad strokes. For owners of rigs with NVIDIA SLI configurations, the new drivers are also touted to deliver game optimization.

Bundled with the new drivers, the GeForce Experience 2.0 has had its automatic game optimization repertoire increased to over 150 titles. Also, the ShadowPlay, which was previously exclusive to desktop GTX 650 and above GPUs, has been made available to owners of gaming notebooks too. Therefore, gamers on supported notebook and desktop platforms can capture their gaming experiences with ShadowPlay, and stream it over Twitch to their intended audience.
