Nokia Lumia 930 Available in Singapore on 12th July for $789
The Nokia Lumia 930 will be launched in Singapore this Saturday (12th July) at all three telcos for $789. The Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone will be available in bright orange, bright green, black or white. The Lumia 930 is Nokia's latest flagship device and boasts a 5-inch Full HD OLED display and is powered by a quad-core 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It supports wireless charging out of the box, but unfortunately will not be supplied with a wireless charging plate.
The phone also boasts a 20MP PureView camera with optical image stabilization and Zeiss optics, as well as the Nokia Camera app we first saw on the Lumia 1020.
The phone runs on Microsoft's latest Windows Phone 8.1 OS, but unfortunately will not support Cortana, Microsoft's virtual assistant, locally. Users who want to try out Cortana can do so by switching the phone to US region settings, however, this will interfere with their ability to purchase apps from the Windows Store. A Microsoft representative told us that Cortana will come to Singapore eventually, but could not specify on when that would be.

Here's how the Lumia 930 stacks up to some of the other popular flagship smartphones currently available (and here's how it has improved from the Lumia 925 that it replaces):-
