Kingston has added the KC300 SSD to its existing SSDNow lineup.

Providing advanced power management via an LSI SandForce second-generation SF-2281 processor, the KC300 replaces the Kingston V+200 and KC100 SSDs, featuring enterprise-grade SMART attributes that allow IT departments to monitor wear range data, remaining SSD life, write amplification and total bytes written.

Equipped with Data Integrity Protection with DuraWrite technology, the lifespan of the SSD is extended by reducing the number of Flash writes through an intelligent compression engine, without sacrificing data integrity.

Backed by a three-year warranty, the KC300 is available as a standalone drive or as an upgrade kit incorporating cloning software and other accessories for a desktop and/or notebook system.
