A Chinese site has allegedly gotten hold of and tested NVIDIA's latest GeForce GTX 460 card. The new GeForce GTX 465 will share the same core and shader clock speeds as the GTX 470, but will have slower clocked memory.
Tom's Hardware - Now adding to that today is a discovery of a GeForce GTX 465 benchmarked on Chinese website eNet. According to the report, the GTX 460 was renamed to 465 because Nvidia is saving the 460 number for a GF104 part, while the 465 is still using the same GF100 as the current Fermi chips on the market.
What sets this GTX 465 example apart from the GTX 470 already on the market is that there are 352 stream processors, 1GB of RAM, and a 256-bit memory interface, while the GTX 470 has 448 stream processors, 1280MB of RAM, and a 320-bit interface.
