Need to track your running, swimming and biking progress? There's the Garmin Forerunner 920XT

Whether you're a multi-discipline athlete or a beginner who runs, cycles and swims, the Garmin Forerunner 920XT will record detailed metrics for all three activities. It has a slim profile and hinged watch bands for a comfortable fit and its high-resolution color display makes it easy to view stats at a glance.

With regard to swimming, It's water rated 5 ATM and offers advanced swim metrics for training in a pool or open water. You can easily log swim drills and kick sets at the pool, along with recording swim distance, pace, stroke type, stroke count and SWOLF score.

You can also track your cycling progress with the Forerunner 920XT’s built-in altimeter for precise ascent, descent and gradient data during training. It also works with sensors such as speed, cadence, heart rate and power meter, and can receive GLONASS signals in addition to GPS for improved accuracy3. You can pair it with a heart rate monitor so you can derive your VO2 max estimates for cycling to help monitor changes in fitness.

When running, you can use the Forerunner 920XT with the HRM-Run monitor. and receive feedback on cadence (total steps per minute), vertical oscillation (amount of “bounce” in a runner’s step), and ground contact time (how much time a runner’s foot spends on the ground during each step). There's also a race predictor based on VO2 max for running, and a recovery advisor indicating how long a runner should rest before attempting another hard effort.

The Forerunner 920XT is available in black/blue or red/white at a suggested retail price of US$449.99 (S$562.62) and US$499.99 (S$625.14) for the premium heart rate monitor bundle.
