Wearable technology is the biggest and hottest thing right now and Microsoft has long been rumored to be working on a smart watch. According to the latest rumors, it would not be long before Microsoft finally unveils this smart watch.

In addition, these reports also say that Microsoft's smart watch will be packed with sensors to measure things like your heart rate and will work with iOS and Android devices as well as Windows Phone devices.

Microsoft is said to have tapped on the expertise of its Kinect team to integrate the heart rate sensor into its smart watch so that it can continuously record your heart rate for the entire day, allowing users to monitor their body and health more precisely. Despite the continuous monitoring, the battery is still expected to last around two days.

Finally, if these rumors are correct, we would not have to wait long before we can wear the device as Microsoft is said to be planning for a launch this summer.
