Microsoft teases camera-focused smartphone at IFA 2014?

Microsoft has released a teaser poster for the unveiling of a new phone on 4th September at IFA 2014 in Berlin this year. The poster includes a not-so-subtly hidden Lumia 1020-style camera module in the text.

The text also mentions 'face-time', which could be a reference to the recently leaked Lumia 730, which is expected to include a 5MP front-facing camera aimed at the selfie-taking market.
