Microsoft has released Pix, its new iOS camera app that has capabilities to improve the quality of photos snapped on your iOS device. Microsoft Pix even takes a leave from Apple’s Live Photos feature as Pix supports Live Image, which produces a smooth video by stitching burst frames together, and looping the action. This eliminates the camera shakes while keeping some recorded action in tact.

Microsoft Pix also has smart features that automatically determines the best settings for your photos by constantly analyzing the scene. It also makes use of its pre- and post shutter press burst frame cache to select your best shots before applying its photo settings to enhance your shots. Its other features include face recognition and hyperlapse. Microsoft Pix is available now from the App Store for supported devices running iOS 9.0 or later versions.
