Surprisingly, the usual maintenance page for Apple's online store did not appear before its Macbook Pro refresh went live. Following up with its February release, Apple's Macbook Pro series gets a CPU and GPU refresh, with its base 13-inch model starting from a faster Intel Core i5 2.4GHz processor while its higher speced 15-inch and 17-inch variants get a graphics bump from AMD's Radeon HD 6750M to HD 6770M. Across all five models, we also see an increase in its storage capacity, starting from 500GB.

Prices for all five models remain the same, starting from S$1648 for the base 13-inch model with a 2.4GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor and reaching S$3398 for its top-end 17-inch model with a 2.4GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 and AMD Radeon HD6770M specifications.

This is seemingly a minor update, but if you haven't jumped onto the Macbook Pro bandwagon when it was first launched in February, this might be the best time to consider that upgrade you've been putting aside.
