M1 has just issued a press statement regarding the disruption of their mobile services. It seems the disruptions experienced by some of M1's mobile services customers are acknowledged and currently being worked on as some disgruntled customers have posted their dissatisfaction online.
M1 Press Statement:
"We are experiencing technical difficulty on one of our customer management servers, and mobile services to some of our customers are temporarily disrupted. We would like to express our deep apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please be assured that we are putting all available resources to promptly rectify this issue."
