LG just announced its audio lineup for 2018 which will include its first smart speaker.

Known as the LG ThinQ Speaker, the smart speaker is powered by Google Assistant and can be used to turn on LG appliances. The ThinQ Speaker also comes with Meridian Audio Technology for more natural and warm sound quality.

The other products in its audio lineup for next year include the SK10Y soundbar and portable PK series speaker. The SK10Y soundbar can deliver 550W of powerful output and supports 5.1.2 channels with Dolby Atmos technology. It also has a pair of powerful up-firing speakers to envelop the user from every angle. The SK10Y soundbar is also compatible with other hubs, speakers and smart devices supporting Chromecast.

The portable PK series speakers are compatible with Apt-X HD Bluetooth standard for streaming 24-bit music over a wireless connection. They have Dynamic Party Lighting which flash to the beat for enhanced visual flair.

All three new audio products will be officially unveiled at CES 2018, which is held in Las Vegas from 9 January to 12 January.
