LG to Unveil 3D Phone at Mobile World Congress 2011

We were just informed by LG that the company will be revealing its first 3D-enabled mobile phone at Mobile World Congress 2011. This includes a dual-lens camera to do 3D recording, and a glasses-free 3D LCD panel to view 3D content from.

Given that LG has already announced quite a number of items, including a phone running NVIDIA's dual-core Tegra 2 chip and the Optimus Black that is equipped with its new Nova display, the Korean company might have a bountiful year after all. The LG press conference will be happening on the 14th of February, and hopefully, we'll get some hands-on time to give you a feel of what this 3D phone will be like.
