More LG products have been announced for CES 2012. To be more specific, we are looking at a total of two Ultrabooks, two notebooks with 3D capabilities and an all-in-one PC.
The LG Z330 and Z430, categorized under the Korean company's Super Ultrabook series, will live up to the Ultrabook name with its thin profile and light weight. The Z330 will be housed with a metallic cover with a gyro-brush line finish, measuring 14.7mm throughout its chassis and weighing in at 1.21kg with a 13.3-inch HD display. The display adopts LG's Super Compact Clutch design, thus reducing the bezel surrounding the 13.3-inch HD Display and giving the Z330 the dimensions of a typical 12-inch notebook.
Underneath, the Z330 is powered by an Intel Core i7 processor, though the specific clock speed wasn't revealed. More importantly, it will come with a SATA3 SSD with an unknown capacity as of now, which should significantly boost the Z330's boot times and loading speeds.
The Z430 is armed with a few more bells and whistles, including a larger 14-inch display. The unit will also sport a hybrid HDD and SDD, which gives you a total storage capacity of up to 500GB on the higher-end Ultrabook. Due to the increased dimensions, the Z430 will come with a slightly thicker profile at 19.9mm and weigh 1.5kg across a similar gyro-brush line finish.
Besides the two Ultrabooks, LG will also be unveiling two notebooks with 3D capabilities. The LG P535 will be powered by an Intel Core i7 processor with NVIDIA's GeForce GT630M graphics card working alongside the 15.6-inch LED backlight display. Looking at its 24.1mm profile and 2.2kg weight, the P535 is nowhere near the Ultrabook's dimensions. The LG A540 is also powered by an Intel Core i7 processor and comes with a similarly sized 15.6-inch display.
The Korean company will also have its LG V300 all-in-one PC up for display at CES 2012. Its main appeal comes from the 23-inch full HD IPS display, which translates to a much higher viewing angle of 178 degrees.
Both Ultrabooks and 3D notebooks will be available during Q1 2012, while the LG V300 AIO PC hasn't been given an availability date.
