We’ve seen Samsung and Sony's curved UHD TV offerings for this year, and now it’s LG’s turn with its UC970T.

In addition to the 3,840 x 2,160-pixel curved IPS panel, the UC970T sports LG’s blur-reducing Motion Estimation Motion Compensation (MEMC) tech and the new WebOS interface, just like its non-curved siblings we first saw in May. For 3D, the TV continues to rely on the company’s proprietary Film Patterned Retarder (FPR) tech, which results in high 3D image brightness, with virtually no flicker or crosstalk. Like most 4K TVs from major brands announced this year, it supports HDMI 2.0 and has a 4K HEVC 60p decoder.

Here's a list of key specs for the UC970T, courtesy of LG Electronics:

The LG UC970T curved 4K TV is available in 55-inch and 65-inch screen sizes, and they retail for S$4,499 and S$6,299 respectively. You can find them at Audio House, Best Denki, Courts, Gain City, Harvey Norman, Mega Discount, and other LG appointed retailers.
