Lenovo launches Horizon 2 table PC in Singapore

First spotted at CES this year, Lenovo's Horizon 2 all-in-one 27-inch touchscreen 'table' PC is now available in Singapore for $2399. Lenovo will be taking pre-orders of the Horizon 2 at Comex 2014, with the first ten customers receiving a free Yoga Tablet 10

The Horizon 2 is the successor to the IdeaCentre Horizon Table PC, one of the first touch-enabled table top PCs to hit the market. The Horizon 2 is much improved, and is now dramatically thinner and lighter, measuring just 19.5mm in thickness and weighing just 7.6 kg, compared to 29.8mm and 8.26kg on the first Horizon. 

The Horizon 2 also boasts improved performance with a fourth-generation Intel Core i7 CPU and the latest NVIDIA graphics. Lenovo has also packed it with include integrated stereo speakers with Dolby Home Theater, NFC and  Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity (Wireless AC is an option too), three USB 3.0 ports, HDMI input, and an integrated digital array microphone. A new Horizon mobile app is also being launched which will let users easily share content between their smartphone and the Horizon 2's display. 

Lenovo ThinkPad 10

Lenovo also launched the business-oriented ThinkPad 10 tablet today. The 10.1-inch Full HD tablet is powered by an Intel Atom Processor Z3795 SoC Quad Core processor, and runs full Windows 8.1 OS. The ThinkPad 10 is available to order through commercial channels with prices starting at $1249.
