The stylish UP2 comes in a choice of Light Grey Hex and Black Diamond.
Jawbone has just announced the launch of the UP2 by Jawbone just months after the launch of the UP3. While the naming may suggest that the UP2 should follow the same line of the UP3, it’s actually the successor to the UP24 activity tracker.
Borrowing design cues from the UP3, the UP2 is sleek and stylish thanks to the use of an anodized aluminum framework, and the shower and splash resistant design means you can keep it on you for continuous 24/7 wear. The wristband is good for seven days on a single charge thanks to the internal lithium ion battery.
The UP2 incorporates a gentle vibrating motor to wake you at the most optimal point in your sleep cycle, or to remind you when to get up and move around if you’ve been stationary for certain amount of time. For added motivation, pair the wristband to your smartphone and use Jawbone’s UP app and tap into the Smart Coach system to get actionable insights, reminders and challenges. The Smart Coach actually learns your habits and tapers its feedback to give you truly personalized advice.
The UP2 by Jawbone will be available in a choice of Black Diamond and Light Grey Hex from all major authorized Jawbone retailers from June 2015 onwards at a Recommended Retail Price of S$199 S$179.
