Jabra announces launch of the Jabra Sport Coach, a headset optimized for cross-fit training

Like most fitness-geared wireless headphones, the Jabra Sport Coach is sweat, dust and shock resistant, and has controls that all you to take and make calls. What’s different though, is that the Sport Coach is specifically targeted at cross trainers, with the ability to create customized workouts based on over 40 exercises for you.

Simply download and install the Sport Life app on your smart design, and you’re ready to start designing your own personalized workouts. Choose exercises from varying levels of difficulty (from beginner to advanced) to suit your regime, and the app will let you plan, track and analyze your training, giving you real-time audio coaching through the Jabra Sport Coach.

The Jabra Sport Coach comes in three colors - Blue, Red, and Yellow.

Set the Jabra Sport Coach for time-based training, and your headset will coach you to the next exercise once the current set is up. Put it to rep-based training on the other hand, and you’ll just have to tap the earbud once you’ve completed all the repetitions planned to be guided to the next step.

Of course, that’s only a start, as the Jabra Sport Coach has an integrated TrackFit motion sensor to give you feedback on your pace, distance, step count, cadence and calories burnt, so you can combine your workouts with runs so that every step counts to your fitness goals. Enjoy up to 5.5 hours of your favorite tunes while working out in any weather with comfort and stability thanks to the multiple EarWing and EarGels provided.

The Jabra Sport Coach is available now for S$248 at all authorized Jabra retailers.
