The i'm Watch Smartwatch and i'm Here GPS Tracker Make their Debut at CES 2013

Italian firm i'm SpA has just announced two new nifty gadgets at CES 2013 - a smartwatch and a GPS tracker. The i'm Watch is a smartwatch with a 1.54-inch color display with a resolution of 240 x 240, giving it a pixel density of 220ppi. It runs a customized version of the Android OS and can be used with both iPhones and Android-powered smartphones.

i'm Watch can alert you of calls, SMSes and E-mails from your smartphone, and you can even answer calls directly with the watch. You can even load the watch up with apps, allowing it to double up as a music player or even check Facebook for updates from your friends. You can also download additional watch faces for the watch. The watch has a 450mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery that the company says will last up to 24 hours. That's not very long, so a daily charge would probably be necessary.

The i'm Watch will be available in three different cases: aluminum, titanium or silver, along with a variety of straps.

The i'm Here GPS tracker is a modern take on the device. Small and compact, the i'm Here GPS tracker measures just 3.7cm in length and width and is just 1.5cm thick. With it, one can see your exact location using Google Maps and is ideal for hikers, campers, or even as a safety device for your children.

The i'M Here GPS tracker will be available in May later this year.
