The Huawei Huawei E8278 LTE Wi-Fi device will soon be available to the general public before July ends. This tiny device weighs less than 50 grams, but it supports LTE download speeds of up to 150Mbps (Category 4). It has a rotator form factor which lets you connect the device without the need for any additional cables. All you have to do is slot your SIM card into the quad-band device, and let it take care of all your wireless needs.
Besides the SIM card slot, the E8278 also has a micro-SD slot which lets you read and transfer data off a micro-SD card, which is convenient if you to need to quickly and wirelessly transfer photos or videos from your camera or cell phone to other devices. The E8278 runs on all major platforms like Mac OSX or Windows (XP through to 8). For now, it's expected to cost around S$248, but that might be changed closer to the device's launch date.
