GTX 780 Ti Releases Roundup!
NVIDIA has launched the GeForce GTX 780 Ti yesterday. Priced at US$699, the company also announced price adjustments of the GTX 780 (now US$499) and the GTX 770 (now US$329).
Squarely contending with AMD's highest-tiered Radeon R9 290X, the GTX 780 Ti sounds like an overclocked variant from the GeForce GTX 780 that was announced in late May. It also looks strikingly identical to the GTX Titan, and the GTX 780 cards on the surface. However, the only one similarity between the GTX 780 Ti and the two is that they utilize the same GK110 core.
The GTX 780 Ti features 15 Streaming Multiprocessors (one more than GTX Titan's count of 14), along with 2800 and 960 CUDA cores for single and double precision operations respectively. It also has more graphics memory bandwidth than its peers and is primed to take the GPU crown for 2013. Check out our review for more information on the GeForce GTX 780 Ti and its performance.
Here's a quick gist of all the cards the add-in card manufacturers EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI, Palit, Zotac, and ASUS are offering:-
