Gmail Now Allows Users to Take Action Right from the Inbox

Google has further improved Gmail's functionality with the addition of new quick action buttons in your inbox. The buttons will appear next to certain emails, allowing users to act on these emails without needing to open them. For example, when you hover the cursor over an event invitation email, a preview of the event's details will appear and you can RSVP to the event with the help of the quick action buttons.

And if you open flight confirmation emails, the key information of your flight will be displayed at the top of the email, so no more scrolling is required. A check-in box will also be displayed, which will allow you to check-in by directing you to the flight carrier's website. As always, the changes will be rolled out gradually so keep your eyes peeled for these updates.
