Update: While there's no official price announced for the device in Singapore yet, we are expecting it to be around USD500. The price of the Ascend P1 will vary between countries - in fact, in China, the Ascend P1S was launched at a RRP of 2,999 RMB (approx. USD475).
Huawei has announced the availability of the Huawei Ascend P1 yesterday. The phone will be available in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Australia through operators and retailers by May 2012, in Latin America from June 2012 and in Europe from summer, with availability in other markets to follow. Singaporeans waiting to get their hands on the Huawei Ascend P1 will have to wait for a while though.
