Giada launches the HI-HM65T Nano ITX motherboard.
Measuring a mere 12cm in width, this tiny motherboard is built on Intel's HM65 Express chipset and Sandy Bridge platform. Providing industry-standard features of a desktop PC, it is designed to deliver high performance and connectivity without compromising on lower consumption.
Compatible with Intel Core i7, i5, i3 or Celeron 867 CPUs, the Giada NI-HM65T utilizes a 25mm high mini-ITX backplate, to reduce system space requirement. With a PCI extension on the rim of the motherboard, interested OEM customers can design and manufacture custom add-on boards for additional expandability.
The board includes two Mini PCIe slots - one supporting a Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth card, the other enabling users to add a mSATA or a high-speed internal SSD drive. A SATA 6Gbps port supports storage devices including traditional hard disk drives, SSDs, and CD/DVD/BD optical drives. Also, a SO-DIMM memory slot is available for up to 4GB of 1066MHz or 1333MHz DDR3 DRAM. To round up the core features, the mini-ITX board also has a Gigabit Ethernet port and standard surround audio options via an Realtek ALC662 audio CODEC onboard.
