At Computex 2015 earlier this year, we saw a bevy of new gaming monitors featuring G-Sync technology and one of the was Acer's Predator X34. For those who have been waiting eagerly, Acer has just announced the official availability of the Predator X34 curved G-Sync monitor.

The Predator X34 is 34-inch wides and supports QHD resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels. It also uses an IPS display panel, so color reproduction and viewing angles should be top notch. Additionally, it has a fast response time of 4ms and supports refresh rates of 60Hz and up to 100Hz.

That aside, it also supports NVIDIA's G-Sync technology. G-Sync was introduced in 2013 and is a technology that helps eliminate stutter, lag and tearing by aligning the refresh rates of monitor to the draw rates of GPU. Further aside, the Predator X34 also features two 7W speakers with DTS Sound.

And to help gamers with eye strain, the Predator X34 has EyeProtect technologies, which helps eliminate screen flicker and a filter to reduce blue light. In addition, it also has ComfyView, which reduces reflections and glare from external light sources. Its stand adjusts for both height and tilt.

Finally, the Predator X34 supports HDMI and Display 1.2 inputs and also features a built-in USB 3.0 hub.

The Predator X34 is priced at S$1499.
