Fujitsu Redefines Business Computing with the Latest Lifebook E Series

Fujitsu has unveiled the latest Lifebook E Series that comprises of three flagship business notebooks Lifebook E753, Lifebook E743, and Lifebook E733. This is the first series of Fujitsu Lifebook models to embody Fujitsu's 'Family Concept', and are made with materials that provide maximum durability, perfect for business travelers.

Equipped with Intel Ivy Bridge processors, the Lifebook E753 includes a 15.6-inch display, a variety of interfaces, and high-end security features for work efficiency. The Lifebook E743 comes with a 14-inch display and weighs 1.9kg, offering convenience in the office, while the Lifebook E733 marries portability and functionality with a 13.3-inch display, and weighs 1.7kg.

The three models enable sharing of compatible features and accessories with a uniform design and a range of common accessory components such as the BIOS, components and accessories like the AC Adapter, modular bay elements, and port replicator. This allows sharing of the same accessories across all 3 different form factors of the E series, greatly reducing the total cost of ownership by eliminating the need to purchase specific accessories for each specific model. The modular bay which is unique to Fujitsu, allows for expansion of functionality of the laptop by a simple change of modular bay accessories like a second battery, a Blu-ray writer, weight saver and even a Bay Projector.

Built with thin and solid magnesium lid and strong hinges, the notebooks offer long battery life, to anytime USB charging even when turned off, to an optional 0-watt AC adapter that doesn't drain power when switched off, so you reserve power for when you need it. The models also fuses ShockSensor to protect your hard drive and minimize loss of data. On top of that, they secure your company data against unauthorized third-party access with various software applications namely - Advanced Theft Protection (Intel Anti Theft), optional TPM module and optional fingerprint sensor. With the Fujitsu Shield program, every machine is also protected against any accidental damage.

The Fujitsu E Series can be purchased at all authorized retailers starting June 2013 with a starting price of S$2,599.
