Fuji Xerox has launched a comprehensive suite of mobile and cloud solutions to enhance business productivity and flexibility. Mobile Integrated Application for iOS, an application software that supports document handling in mobile environments, and the Working Folder, a cloud-based online storage service.

Mobile Integrated Application for iOS provides quick access to view, edit and print imported documents in an integrated manner. When linked with DocuShare, an internal document management system, users can easily share and use information stored on DocuShare with clients, business partners, agencies, cooperative firms and other external parties, anytime and anywhere, via the cloud-based Working Folder.

When Working Folder is linked to DocuWorks, a document handling software, it enables users to simply view, edit, add annotations and store edited files. The files on Working Folder can also be viewed via DocuWorks Viewer Light for iPhone/iPad. This facilitates secure information-sharing with both internal and external parties, and contributes to workflow streamlining that goes beyond corporate borders.
