Fuji Xerox Announces Affordable Printers for Small Businesses

Fuji Xerox has announced three new entry-level color business printers that are aimed at the smaller businesses with their affordability.

Fuji Xerox Print and Scan Utility

The Fuji Xerox Print and Scan utility allows users to print stored photo albums, web pages, as well images shot by their iOS or Android device. The utility also allows documents to be scanned directly to their iOS or Android device.

The DocuPrint CM215 fw also comes with the Fuji Xerox DocuWorks 7.3 document handling software where users can create, retrieve, update, distribute and store documents securely from their PC.

Low Cost

The new line of printers feature a fixed drum, so owners will only need to replace the toner. The printers use the Fuji Xerox EA (Emulsion-Aggregation)-Eco toner, which works with a fusing temperature lower than conventional toners. This reduces power consumption during printing, while the toner-Save Mode reduces toner usage, allowing businesses to reduce toner costs by up to 30 per cent for further cost savings.

Quality Printing

The printers feature S-LED (Self-Scanning Light Emitting Diode) and DELCIS (Digitally-Enhanced Lighting Control Imaging System) control technologies, which ensure accurate, high imaging quality at 1200 x 2400 dpi.

Wireless Connectivity

The DocuPrint CP215 w and DocuPrint CM215 fw feature wireless connectivity; the new one-touch Wi-Fi setup (WPS 2.0) in these models allow them to be shared wirelessly among small workgroups easily.

The DocuPrint CM215 fw is also a multifunction printer, with features like scan, copy and fax built in.

Availability and Price

All three printers are available right now at authorized resellers.Their prices are as follows:

  • DocuPrint CP215 w: SGD$299
  • DocuPrint CM215 b: SGD$399
  • DocuPrint CM215 fw: SGD$549
