Flappy Bird Creator Plans to Put App Back on App Stores

Dong Nguyen, the Vietnamese developer behind Flappy Bird has said on Twitter that he plans to put the game back on app stores, but said that it would not be soon.

He took the app down early last month after complaining that he "cannot take this anymore", after being hounded by the press in Vietnam due to his newfound fame. Nguyen also said that he received emails about how his game was ruining lives. He said: "At first I thought they were just joking, but I realize they really hurt themselves."

We are feeling sorry for those folks who paid thousands for phones loaded with Flappy Birds, after Nguyen took it down from app stores just so to play it.
