As one of the leading problem solving service on the Internet, FixYa compiled a report using data gathered from more than 15 million reports filed by its users. The report lists out the most common problems plaguing the six most popular smartphones in the U.S, which are the Apple iPhone 4S, Samsung Galaxy S III, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, RIM BlackBerry Curve, HTC Titan II and Nokia Lumia 900.

For example, the microphone malfunction issue bugging Galaxy S III users can be addressed via a software update or a factory reset. The standard power saving tips are also provided for users who faced short battery mileage issues on their phones.

Having sold millions doesn't necessarily mean that the phone model is invulnerable to imperfections or flaws, and this report will reinforce the notion that there is no perfect device out there.
