The first Android 4.0 ICS-equipped smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, has just started making its rounds around the world. The OS is seen as an effort to bridge the gap between Android smartphones and tablets, with Google stating that it will definitely eventually hit tablets. Well, seems like one came faster than we expected as the first ICS tablet has surfaced in China. The device is said to resemble a Motorola Xoom and comes with slightly dated specs:

We don't get to see much Android 4.0 action going on, but the tablet seems to be running pretty smoothly. Micdigi.com has commented that the "tablet is not so expensive" but does not state its availability or pricing.
