Facebook Graph Search Now Combs Through Statuses and Comments

Source: Facebook

Facebook Graph Search has just received an update, which gives it the ability to include statuses and comments in its search results. As long as the posts are currently shared with users, Facebook Graph Search will let users can search for specific topics mentioned in their friends' posts such as posts about the new Game of Thrones episode, or even search for posts about a location like "Posts written at The White House." In fact, you can also search for posts from a specific time period such as "my posts from last month."

This new feature will take advantage of Facebook's hashtags feature, which was implemented a few months ago, letting users search for specific items through related hashtags. The new updated Graph Search will be slowly rolled out to users who already have the Graph Search feature, so hang on tight if you have yet to receive Graph Search even.
