Looking for further growth in Southeast Asian markets, Evernote, the company with a suite of software and services of the same name that aimed to help users take notes and archive them digitally, has announced that it’s partnering with Singapore telco, StarHub, to offer a complimentary one-year Evernote Premium subscription (valued at S$58) to all re-contracting and new StarHub Mobile post-paid customers.

These customers will also get to enjoy video notes (a partner-exclusive feature), which allows them to shoot and upload videos within the Evernote app. The offer begins today, and is valid till August 21, 2014. If you’re an Evernote Premium user, you can also take this opportunity to extend your subscription by another year.

According to Evernote, of its existing 66 million users worldwide, over 400,000 are based in Singapore. This makes Singapore one of Evernote’s most successful markets in terms of market penetration. On the other hand, StarHub has a mobile customer base of 2.249 million.

For StarHub, the company hopes this collaboration will chart the course for evolving mobile experiences for a new generation of consumers in Singapore, as well as Southeast Asia.
