Android's default keyboard has improved over the years, but we're sure there are times where you wished your phone supported handwriting so you could jot down a quick point in a meeting. Short of buying a Galaxy Note 3 to handle all your handwriting needs, you can always download Evernote.

The Android version of the popular note-taking app has just been updated to include support for handwriting, and you can use your finger or a stylus to write. The app provides you with four color options and the ability to vary your the thickness of your writing. You can also add audio to the same note, and the good news is that your handwritten notes are searchable. The update brings improved functionality by adding the ability to duplicate notes and you can also add links within notes so you can jump between notes easily. The camera has also been improved;  Evernote now sports a faster-performing camera that has improved focus.

It appears that the Evernote team has been very busy lately; an update for the Windows version of Evernote was just rolled out yesterday.
