The update brings the integration with Evernote Smart Notebook, which was first introduced on the iOS platform. Users will get to enjoy this enhancement, along with several other new features and improvements such as multi-shot mode for taking photos, as well as introducing shortcuts to quickly jump to your most important notes.

The new multi-shot camera lets you take multiple photos in a single sitting, then save them all into the note. When making a photo note, the new option - Page Camera - allows you to save physical documents and papers in Evernote. If you already have shortcuts set on Mac, they’ll now appear on Android, and vice versa. A premium feature, Document Search, will generate matching words in your search results when you search within your account, documents, spreadsheets, or presentations.

Also, when you use the new Page Camera to take a photo of the page, the dots (instead of lines) help to correct skew and further improve the contrast. Set of colorful Smart Stickers in the back pocket which when applied to a notebook page and taken with a Page Camera photo, is recognized and a tag or notebook to the note is assigned.
