SINGAPORE - Epson today announced the opening of its new customer care centre at Golden Agri Plaza located at Pasir Panjang. Targeted at providing first class service delivery for both retail and corporate customers, the new showroom will see its official grand opening on 20 October 2011. The centre has been open to the public from 03 October 2011 onwards.
Boasting a larger floor space of 3,075 square feet, the new customer care centre serves to be a single point of contact for both Epson’s partners and customers. The new care centre is professionally designed for multiple purposes and comprises a corporate solutions showroom, a redemption centre and an after-sales service centre. This is the first time that Epson is housing all three components under one roof.
One of the key highlights of the new customer care centre will be Epson’s corporate solutions showroom which is designed to feature a wide array of products including point-of-sale (POS) printers, large format printers (LFP), business solutions, inkjets and other consumables. There will also be designated meeting room to feature Epson’s top-of-the-line short-throw and interactive range of projectors. This room will allow customers and vendors to experience Epson’s projectors’ features in a real-life setting.
