Creative Launches Sound Blaster E Series

Creative has introduced an all-new Sound Blast E series of portable USB audio solutions for PCs, Macs, smartphones, and tablets. Consisting of the Sound Blaster E3 and the Sound Blaster E1, the Sound Blaster E Series utilizes USB plug-and-play connectivity to provide PC, and now even Mac users, with access to a USB audio experience through real-time advanced audio processing.

You can enjoy audio even on smartphones and tablets through the Sound Blaster E Series' high SNR levels and 600Ω headphone amplifiers that supply more power than a standard headphone jack. The Sound Blaster E3 can also serve as a high performance USB DAC for selected smartphones and tablets. Users can alternatively enjoy wireless audio by pairing with smartphones and tablets via Bluetooth. Supporting studio-grade headphones, both models feature dual headphone ports for music sharing, and embedded microphones for voice recording and phone calls.

When connected to PCs and Macs, users can utilize the downloadable Sound Blast E Series Control Panel software to access the full suite of SBX Pro Studio audio enhancement technologies, giving users a fully customizable experience for movies, music, and games. With eight hours of wireless audio playback, you can can connect it to selected smartphones or tablets via USB for uncompressed digital audio streaming.

Sound Blaster E1 (USB HD Audio and Headphone Amplifier)

Increasing the level of audio detail and resolution on PCs, Macs, smartphones, and tablets, it functions as an advanced external sound card (for PCs/Macs), while providing smartphone and tablet users with detailed audio amplification.

The Creative Sound Blaster E1 is now available at the online store for S$69, while the Sound Blaster E3 will retail sometime in early July 2014 for S$169.
