SanDisk Connect Wireless

Finally. Portable storage you can take with you – minus the wires. We first reported on the SanDisk Connect back in January, and yesterday SanDisk announced that the Connect Wireless Flash Drive and the Connect Wireless Media Drive would be available in Singapore from March 29 through Challenger, Sprint-Cass, Nubox and Gadget World.

The Connect Flash Drive (pictured below) comes in 16GB (S$89), 32GB (S$109), or 64GB (S$179) capacities and allows you to store, share, and stream content between wireless devices without the need of an internet connection. Connect up to eight devices, view up to three simultaneous media streams, and share content for up to four hours on a single charge. So think of the SanDisk Connect  as a wireless thumb drive of sorts.

The SanDisk Connect Media Drive on the other hand, comes in 32GB (S$139) and 64GB (S$209) sizes, and offers up to eight hours on a single charge while remaining pocket-sized (6.5 x 6.5 x 1.35cm). It also features a SDHC/SDXC memory card slot so you can easily share photos or videos from your camera’s memory card. Connect with up to eight devices and stream up to five different HD movies at once, all from your pocket.
