CM Storm Extends Its AL Gaming Series with the Reaper Mouse and Mech Keyboard

Just yesterday, Cooler Master announced its CM Storm Havoc gaming mouse and the Pulse-R aluminum gaming headset. The brand has now expanded its aluminum gaming series with the addition of the Reaper mouse and the Mech keyboard.

Reaper gaming mouse

Equipped with a 8,200dpi Avago laser sensor, the Reaper is fitted with eight programmable buttons, with on-the-fly DPI switching via its dedicated Clutch key. On top of basic button assignments, 128KB of onboard memory lets you store program command sequences as macro keys, saving them to four different profiles. Constructed with a customizable aluminum plate, the mouse emits white LED accents through its grooved areas, and comes with a 1.8m braided cable. Other features include a low latency USB connection, 1,000Hz polling rate, and 1ms response time.

Mech gaming keyboard

Employing an ARM-based processor to run its Rapid Fire Engine, the Mech responds quickly to in-game actions and record/edit not only macro keys, but profiles as well. Capable of storing five easily accessible profiles while making up to 75 macros for multiple gaming needs, the gaming keyboard houses ultra low latency USB connectors, and an integrated two-port USB 3.0 hub. With the ability to register up to 64 keys simultaneously, it sports full LED backlighting with three modes of operations, and five brightness levels.
