Canon launches two new laser printers to help businesses optimize costs and boost productivity

Canon has just launched two new laser printers for designed for enterprises and workgroups in mind. The Imageclass MF810Cdn is a 4-in–1 (print, copy, scan, fax) multi-function A4 color laser printer, and the Imageclass LBP6780x a high-speed, high-capacity and network-ready A4 black-and-white laser printer.

To be more specific, the MF810Cdn has a print speed of 25 pages per minute (both monochrome and color). It supports gigabit Ethernet, as well as several mobile printing solutions, including Canon’s own Mobile Printing solution, Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, and Mopria. It also sports a 3.5-inch vari-angle color touch panel and a 50-sheet duplex auto document feeder (DADF). And with an optional cassette pedestal that holds a further 550 sheets, you can bring the paper input capacity up to 1,200 sheets.

The LBP6780x on the other hand is an A4 mono laser printer with auto-duplex printing and network functions. It has a print speed of 40ppm and a first printout time of 8.6 seconds. It also comes with built-in support for PCL, Canon UFR II, and genuine Adobe PostScript print languages, alongside a massive 768MB of memory. Supporting direct printing from USB flash memory, the LBP6780x comes with a standard 500-sheet cassette and 100-sheet multi-purpose trays. If that isn’t enough, you can get another another two 500-sheet paper feeders to increase the total input capacity to 1,600 sheets.

Both printers are now available at Canon authorized dealers. The Imageclass MF810Cdn has a recommended retail price of S$2,299, while the LBP6780x is priced at S$1,339.
