Just a day (or two) before Google launches their new Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL smartphones, Canadian telco, Bell, leaked the official image renders of Google’s handsets via their customer pre-order forms. While the forms have been taken down, the images of the pre-order website and the phones have been circulating on the Internet.

The official renders confirmed many of the previous leaks in one fell swoop. The Google Pixel will pack a Home screen that uses all-circular icons, and that it will use the Pixel Launcher interface (repurposed from the Nexus interface, of course). The renders also confirmed that the phone’s buttons will be placed on the right side, just like the Nexus 6P’s button placement. The order form revealed that Google is serious about self-branding these new Pixel smartphones, which is a move away from the Nexus strategy we were familiar with.

Bell isn’t the only telco to let more of Google’s cats out of the bag – Canadian telco TELUS also leaked the official Pixel and Pixel XL renders. We’ve appended some of it here to show how the Pixel and Pixel XL will look like in colors White and Black.

The leaked official renders helped verify that the new Google Pixel smartphones look very much like an iPhone. In particular, the Pixel and Pixel XL sported similar tiered edges and a front panel look reminiscent of the iPhone 4 and 4S.
