Bose announces the relaunch of the Quiet Comfort 20 and the Quiet Comfort 25

Both the Quiet Comfort 20 and the Quiet Comfort 25 headphones have just been relaunched, with one version for iOS, and another for Android devices. More within.

The Quiet Comfort 20 (QC20) and Quiet Comfort 25 (QC25) have just been relaunched with two versions for each, but there won’t be changes to the sound. Rather, both headphones now get specific versions for iPod, iPad and iPhone models, and for most Samsung Galaxy smartphones/tablets and Android devices. Both options feature an inline mic and remote that makes it easier to take calls while enjoying your music, while the QC 20 headphones now come in two colors – Black or White.

Of course, both will again feature Bose’s patented noise-canceling technology, using tiny microphones inside and outside the earpieces to sense and monitor unwanted sounds, feeding the measurements to a proprietary digital electronic chip that calculates a precise equal and opposite noise cancellation signal.

As we noted in our review of the QuietComfort 25, the noise canceling is truly a stand out feature for these headsets, and they both also benefit from Bose Active EQ tuning the frequency response for more natural sound. Finally, TriPort technology fully utilizes all the acoustic spaces of the headsets for deep, detailed low notes, so you’ll truly be able to enjoy music of any genre with these headsets.

Bose QuietComfort 20 retails for S$499 while the Bose QuietComfort 25 is going for S$529. Both are available now at the Atlas e-store, Atlas showroom and selected authorized resellers.
