The year moves on with two new BlackBerry devices announced at WES 2010. First up is the BlackBerry Bold 9650, looking very similar to its other Bold cousins, especially so with the BlackBerry Bold 9700 with its optical trackpad. Next up is the BlackBerry Pearl 3G, which comes in two different flavors - either a SurePress 20-key QWERTY keyboard or a 14-key numeric keypad.
GSM Arena - Two new BlackBerry smartphones are coming right next month. The candybar duo Bold 9650 and Pearl 3G leaves the old-fashioned trackball in favor of the fancy trackpad. BlackBerry Bold 9650 and Pearl 3G share common specs - hi-res screen, 3.2 megapixel camera, microSD card slot and the full connectivity package - Wi-Fi, GPS, 3G and Bluetooth.
The Pearl 3G will sport some interesting upgrades, including the latest Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n standard, while the Bold 9650 retains the Wi-Fi 802.11b/g standard. For the moment, availability beyond the US and Canada borders hasn't been confirmed yet, so in the meantime, check out more info about these two new BlackBerry devices here.
