ASUS Shows Off World's Smallest Router, WL-330NUL
In addition to unveiling ARES II Graphics Card and ROG RAIDR Express SSD, Qube with Google TV Media Streamer, and PA249Q ProArt and VG248QE Fast Gaming Monitors, ASUS has also announced the WL-330NUL Pocket Router – the world’s smallest router that gives easy wireless connectivity to travelers.
Designed to make getting online via Wi-Fi as easy as possible when away from a home or office network, the WL-330NUL Pocket Router is no larger than a USB flash drive and weighs a mere 25g. It features a single Ethernet port for connection to a wired network and built-in 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi for extending a wireless network.
Powered from a notebook USB port or via a main socket, the compact router creates its own secure wireless hotspot for easy sharing of a wired or wireless connection with multiple wireless devices. The WL-330NUL Pocket Router can also be used as a USB Ethernet adapter for notebooks that lack a built-in Ethernet port, making it the perfect traveling companion for ultra-slim Ultrabooks.
