Apple's Procedures to Handle iPhone 4 Antenna Issue

The results might be stellar, with over 1.7 million units of iPhone 4 sold over the past few days. But with the reports of degrading signals and poor reception plaguing the iPhone 4, Apple has had to step up and rectify it. How? By training its employees with a set of procedures, which includes reciting the fact that "Gripping almost any mobile phone in certain places will reduce its reception. This is true of the iPhone 4, the iPhone 3GS, and many other phones we have tested. It is a fact of life in the wireless world."
