As we reported just days ago, Apple has indeed just refreshed its 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display lineup and also introduced a new configuration of its iMac with Retina 5K display.

The new 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display models will get Apple's new Force Touch trackpad, and improved storage performance as well as battery life. The higher-spec model will also get updated discrete graphics in the form of AMD's Radeon M370X. AMD recently announced its new Radeon 300 series GPUs for OEM desktops.

Unfortunately, since Intel has yet to announce new quad-core CPUs based on its newer Broadwell architecture, these new 15-inch MacBook Pro models will continue to use the same Haswell processors as last year's Mid 2014 models.

Apple also announced a new configuration for its iMac with Retina 5K display that is more affordable. This new configuration comes in at S$2788 and has a slightly slower processor, less powerful graphics and only a standard hard disk drive. Apple also reduced the price the higher-end configuration, bringing it down to S$3288 from S$3388.

These new models are available on Apple Store right now. For more details, check out Apple's website.
